Product Introduction

High power Hall free brushless drive, wide voltage DC12-36V, maximum current 15A, maximum power 500W. Most motors tested have good compatibility, but a small number of motors may not be fully compatible. Specific tests need to be conducted by oneself. It is best to use an adjustable power supply current limiting mode to test whether the actual no-load current is abnormal, in order to avoid high-power burning of the drive in the event of an abnormality.
The driver supports forward and reverse switching, potentiometer speed regulation. Potentiometers can generally be used for 10-50K, or PWM 5V signal speed regulation can be used. The specific definition can be seen in the introduction diagram. The positive and negative poles of the driver input power supply must not be connected incorrectly, and the output UVW three-phase should not be short circuited, otherwise it will burn the driver. The driver comes with 18mm thick heat dissipation fins, and high-power use depends on the actual heat generation. If the heat generation is large, a fan should be added for forced air cooling.

Notes:
The drive does not come with sockets and wires, and requires soldering with an electric iron. The forward and reverse switches and speed control potentiometers need to be prepared by oneself. When soldering with a soldering iron, it is important to ensure good grounding to avoid damage to the drive caused by induced electricity.
