★This module is an adjustable voltage reduction module that can change the output voltage by adjusting the blue adjustable resistor on top of the module. The input and output voltage difference is 1V, and it can output a voltage of 0.8V.
★The IN - (input negative), IN+(input positive), OUT - (output negative), and OUT+(output positive) indicated on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise it may cause damage to the module.
★Battery charging usage method:
1. Determine the float charging voltage and charging current of the battery you need to charge, as well as the input voltage of the module;
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to around 5V.
3. Use a multimeter with 10A current mode to measure the output short-circuit current, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to achieve the predetermined charging current value for the output current;
4. The default shipping current for charging to light conversion is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value).
5. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage float voltage;
6. Connect the battery and try charging.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are to connect the module input to the power supply and the output to no load without connecting the battery.)
★Usage of LED constant current driver:
1. Determine the operating current and voltage required to drive the LED;
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to around 5V.
3. Use a multimeter with 10A current mode to measure the output short-circuit current, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to set the output current to the predetermined LED working current;
4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to output the working voltage of the LED;
5. Connect the LED and test the machine.
