Introduction to Synchronous Rectification Technology:
Synchronous rectification is a new technology that uses power MOSFETs with low on state resistance to replace rectifier diodes and reduce rectification losses. It can greatly improve the efficiency of DC/DC converters and there is no dead zone voltage caused by Schottky barrier voltage. Power MOSFETs belong to voltage controlled devices, and their volt ampere characteristics exhibit a linear relationship when conducting. When using power MOSFETs as rectifiers, it is required that the gate voltage be synchronized with the phase of the rectified voltage in order to complete the rectification function, hence it is called synchronous rectification. Synchronous rectification technology greatly reduces the rectification losses at the output of switching power supplies, thereby improving conversion efficiency and reducing the heat generated by the power supply itself.

Output current regulation method:
1. Adjust the CV potentiometer and set the output voltage to the desired value according to your load requirements.
2. Set the CC potentiometer counterclockwise for about 30 turns (i.e. set the output current to), connect the LED, and adjust the CC potentiometer to the desired current. Used for battery charging, after discharging the battery, connect it to the output and adjust the CC to the current you need. (When used for charging, be sure to adjust it with the discharged battery, because the more battery remaining, the smaller the charging current.)
