Available Options
1、 Module description:
1. The module adopts 30A relay, normally open interface load: AC 250V/30A, DC 30V/30A;
2. Adopting patch optocoupler isolation, with strong driving capability and stable performance; Trigger current 5mA;
3. The working voltage of the module is 5V
4. The module can trigger high or low levels through jumper settings
5. Relay control terminal voltage and trigger terminal voltage can achieve complete isolation between the front and rear stages through the use of jumper wires, which can meet the requirements of different voltages for the front and rear stages (such as 24V for relays and 5V for triggers). It is necessary to contact customer service to change the parameters, and the price may vary;
6. Fault tolerant design, even if the control line is broken, the relay will not operate;
7. Power indicator light (green), relay status indicator light (red)
8. The interface design is user-friendly, and all interfaces can be directly wired out through terminal blocks, which is very convenient
9. Module size: 50mm * 33mm * 24mm (length * width * height), product net weight: 36g
10. There are 4 fixed bolt holes with a diameter of 3.1mm and a spacing of 44.5mm * 27.5mm
2、 Technical parameters:
Relay version static current current trigger current trigger voltage (low) high
5V 5mA 190mA 2-4mA 0-1.5V 2.5-5V
12V 5mA 80mA2-4mA 0-4V 4.5-12V
24V 5mA 50mA2-4mA0-8V 8.5-24V
3、 Module interface description:
1. DC+: Module DC power supply positive (trigger terminal voltage positive)
2. DC -: Module DC power supply negative (trigger terminal voltage negative)
3. IN: Signal trigger terminal (default trigger voltage is the same as the power supply)
4. JD+: Relay control terminal voltage positive
5. JD -: Negative voltage at relay control terminal
6. DC+and JD+are short circuited with jumper caps, DC - and JD - are short circuited with jumper caps, and the trigger terminal and relay control terminal have the same voltage
7. Selection of high and low level triggering methods, as shown in the figure. When the jumper is connected to the L terminal, the IN terminal is triggered at a low level, and when connected to the H terminal, it is triggered at a high level
8. Normally closed end (NC): Relay normally closed end
9. Common Terminal (COM): Relay Common Terminal
10. Constant start (NO): Relay constant start
